We are seeking a DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to join our innovative Labs team. The successful candidate will work alongside highly skilled professionals, contributing to the Engineering group’s activities and objectives.

Responsibilities of a DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer

• Build, maintain, and operate on‑premise and cloud infrastructures that support internal labs and R&D related environments.
• Deploy and support simulation environments mirroring customer setups using key technologies such as VMware, EMC, NetApp, Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG), and VRA.
• Work extensively with Kubernetes (K8s) to manage containerized workloads and internal engineering use cases.
• Manage diverse cloud infrastructures across AWS, GCP, and Azure for development purposes, including running Proofs of Concept, simulating environments, and overseeing license and budget management.
• Develop automation tools and scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages to enhance internal processes and operational efficiency.
• Improve Developer Experience by creating internal tools, optimizing development workflows, and exposing capabilities that boost engineering productivity.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including development teams, support, and product managers, to ensure infrastructure continuously meets evolving business and technical demands.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or IT Infrastructure roles.
• Proven experience working with major Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with VMware products, including vSphere, VRA, NSX, and VSAN.
• Experience with enterprise-grade hardware.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, bash, or Python.
• Extensive knowledge of the DevOps stack, including Terraform, Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and Git.
• Solid understanding of domains and network services like Active Directory, DNS, and LDAP.
• A security-oriented mindset is essential.
