Role Description
As an Automation Engineer, you will take full ownership of the quality and reliability of our software releases. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts, ensuring products meet end-to-end quality standards from test planning to production validation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Manage the full testing lifecycle from planning to issue resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams.
- Monitor and drive resolution of test failures and anomalies.
- Continuously improve test strategies, frameworks, and processes.
- Provide actionable feedback to development teams.
- Document testing processes and guidelines for team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 6 years experience in quality assurance and 5 years in automation development.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Go.
- Experience in QA and test automation for SaaS-based products.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Background in performance testing and monitoring tools.
