About the Role

VarenyaZ is seeking a full-time remote Business Analyst to join our team and drive business growth initiatives within the IT services sector. This role is crucial for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and ultimately contributing to revenue growth through strategic market outreach and effective business communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with prospective clients to thoroughly understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Identify and assess suitable IT service opportunities that align with client requirements and VarenyaZ's offerings.
  • Contribute significantly to the company’s expansion strategy by developing and executing effective outreach plans.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and partnership.
  • Drive revenue growth through successful client acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and potential new business avenues.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a business development, business analysis, or client acquisition role.
  • Previous experience within an IT software development company is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully acquiring clients.
  • Professional fluency in English; familiarity with US and British accents is preferred.
