Project Overview
This position requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level and the willingness and ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
This project supports a critical hard and deeply buried target mission set, providing essential analytic insights to government stakeholders. Success hinges on accurate reporting that augments other analytic products and facilitates timely, informed decision-making. The work directly contributes to national security objectives by transforming complex data into actionable intelligence within a highly specialized and sensitive domain.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute high-impact OSINT and multi-INT analysis, synthesizing open-source materials with classified reporting and technical data streams.
- Develop and refine social media exploitation and digital network analysis methodologies to enhance multi-INT fusion and operational relevance.
- Conduct cross-domain analytic integration—correlating OSINT with GEOINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT to validate findings and identify intelligence gaps.
- Apply advanced attribution, cyber tradecraft, and obfuscation techniques for secure online research.
- Perform geolocation, imagery, and terrain analysis to support broader analytic assessments.
- Verify and assess the authenticity of visual media through technical image/video analysis and open-source corroboration.
- Produce comprehensive analytic reports, briefings, and data-driven products tailored for senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Mentor junior analysts, contribute to multi-INT/OSINT tradecraft development, and lead internal training initiatives.
- Support interagency collaboration, data-sharing, and the establishment of analytic standards, methodologies, and SOPs.
- Track deliverables, metrics, and analytic output to ensure quality and mission impact.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current/active TS/SCI security clearance and willing and able to obtain CI polygraph.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Cybersecurity, Regional Studies).
- 10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, with a focus on OSINT and demonstrated integration with other INTs.
- Proven ability to:
- Operate independently with minimal oversight in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
- Fuse and correlate multi-INT data sets to produce actionable insights.
- Communicate complex analytic findings clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead or shape analytic programs, tradecraft standards, and innovation efforts.
- Current (within last 2 years) experience with OSINT or social media research training, instruction, or advanced techniques.
- Familiarity with IC analytic tools, data environments, and collaboration protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- Language proficiency (Chinese or Russian preferred).
- Experience with:
- Multi-INT fusion and cross-domain analysis.
- Photo geolocation and advanced image/video authentication.
- Cyber attribution and online operational security.
- Threat finance, disinformation networks, and influence operations.
- Developing or leading OSINT or multi-INT programs and analytic frameworks.
- Published or briefed work in recognized government or open-source format.
