Overview
Vantor is forging the new frontier of spatial intelligence. In the role of Geospatial Solutions Architect, you will support mission requirements by developing, integrating, and sustaining a scalable, federated data ecosystem. This ecosystem enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain geospatial data visualization solutions integrated with cloud-based platforms.
- Develop operational dashboards using GIS tools like ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, and open-source platforms.
- Optimize geospatial data layers for real-time analytics and cross-domain information sharing.
- Oversee integration of geospatial AI/ML models ensuring accuracy and mission alignment.
- Produce Geospatial Data & Dashboard Integration Reports detailing system enhancements and user engagement metrics.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, or a related field, or five years of equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience using ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms and integrating geospatial data into cloud-based applications. Proficiency in spatial analysis, remote sensing, and geospatial AI/ML is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as ESRI ArcGIS Desktop Associate or GISP are desirable but not required.
