We're seeking an established Marketing PMO to drive business expansion in the Middle East with laser-focused project management expertise.
About the Role
You will, among others, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure marketing projects, including KOL/Influencer collaborations, affiliate partnerships, branding initiatives, and performance marketing campaigns, are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory requirements in the Forex/CFD industry.
You Will:
- Manage and track marketing project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, BD, Compliance, Design, Content, and Tech
- Support communication between regional teams and global headquarters
- Monitor campaign performance and track key KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, ROI, and engagement
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Identify project risks and ensure effective mitigation strategies
- Maintain clear documentation, workflows, and compliance processes
