About the Role

As a Financial Services Implementation Consultant at Financial Services Implementation Consultant, you will drive client success by streamlining their adoption of Vantaca Pay and Vantaca Lockbox services. You will manage end-to-end onboarding with precision and professionalism while collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support on Vantaca services.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and achievement of success metrics.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather feedback and improve the overall client experience.
  • Report to the Senior Director of Financial Services with regular updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data management, and multiple software systems.
