Employment: Permanent, starting May 4, 2026 (or as agreed).Vantaa City's Facilities Management is seeking a Technical Property Manager for a permanent position. In this role, you will work within the maintenance team as a key player ensuring the lifecycle of Vantaa City's facilities. You will act as a maintenance expert, responsible for managing and supervising a variety of repair projects.You will be involved in planning and developing maintenance and repair processes, directly impacting the functionality, safety, and long-term value of the city's facilities. Your work will be varied and concrete: you will conduct property inspections and surveys, guide the planning of repair projects, and manage project schedules and budgets from start to finish.In your role, you will actively participate in the preparation of construction, lead and supervise implementation on construction sites, and ensure projects are smoothly handed over and managed through the warranty period. Your daily work combines technical expertise, overall management, and collaboration with various stakeholders. You are familiar with legislation concerning construction and property maintenance, regulatory requirements, and contract practices, and can apply them fluently in practical situations. Vantaa City directly owns approximately 800 buildings with a technical value exceeding 900 million euros. The Facilities Management department employs about 70 people. Most of our employees have technical education, including architects, civil engineers, engineers, and technicians.
