As a Staff Product Designer, you will work directly with our EPD executive team on our Platform team to define visual design, enhance craft, and execute strategic projects that provide meaningful customer value.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and strategic execution for high-impact projects.
• Collaborate with creative and brand teams to ensure a seamless product and brand experience.
• Champion design-driven initiatives with organization-wide impact.
• Mentor designers and refine design concepts for quality improvement.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to align with strategic goals.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of design experience delivering high-quality experiences.
• Proven track record in navigating ambiguity and leading design from concept to execution.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating design concepts to diverse teams.
• Experience in managing complex projects and timelines.
• A portfolio showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship and effective product design solutions.
