Role Overview: Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at Vanta, you will lead technical discussions with key prospects and customers. You will work closely with the Sales team both pre and post-sale to ensure technical fit and create innovative solutions that support customer security goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customers.
• Develop deep product knowledge including integrations and configurations.
• Support customers through trial processes and ensure rapid onboarding.
• Build product examples, documentation, and resources.
• Communicate market feedback to the product team.
• Foster teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of customer-facing technical experience in solutions engineering or similar.
• Experience with B2B SaaS and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
• Project management skills and a startup mentality.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and REST API development.
• Passion for customer needs and creative problem solving.
• Desire to learn and leverage AI for improved efficiency.
