Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you will drive user-centric projects and work closely with Engineering and Product Managers to craft intuitive interfaces for complex workflows. Reporting to the Director of Design within our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Product Pillar, your work will support multiple frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR and shape AI-first features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-standard visual and interaction designs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.
  • Mentor junior designers and lead by example.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven expertise in UI/UX design, Figma, and system thinking.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual craftsmanship and accessible design.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in design documentation and mentoring peers.
