About the Role

The Senior Engineering Manager Reporting & Enterprise Hub at Vanta plays a pivotal role in shaping how our largest enterprise customers manage and visualize their compliance programs. This role lies at the intersection of data products, enterprise scalability, and product innovation, delivering actionable insights to companies such as PE firms and large financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale two high-performing engineering teams for Reporting and Enterprise Hub.
• Drive strategic initiatives, including reporting infrastructure improvements and dashboard development.
• Set technical direction and collaborate with Product, Design, and business stakeholders.
• Operate in ambiguous environments balancing 0-1 product development with infrastructure investments.
• Coach, mentor, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in engineering management with experience managing 10-15+ engineers.
• Experience managing multiple product areas with clear strategic direction.
• Strong technical background in data infrastructure and product architecture.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality results across various workstreams.
• Effective communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI for improved efficiency.
