About the Role
The Senior Director, Corporate Engineering will drive IT strategy and oversee IT Operations and Systems Engineering for a remote-first workforce and five global offices. This role balances strategic IT planning with day-to-day operational excellence, ensuring modern, secure, and efficient systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop comprehensive IT strategy; mentor high-performing teams; and align technology investments with business objectives.
- IT Operations: Oversee end-user computing, device management, collaboration tools, and service desk operations for global offices.
- Systems Engineering: Lead enterprise systems architecture, manage SaaS ecosystems, and drive workflow automation.
- Governance & Security: Ensure compliance with standards like SOC 2 and ISO 27001; manage vendor relationships and risk.
Requirements
- 12+ years in IT or Systems Engineering with 5+ years in leadership.
- Experience in remote/hybrid workforce environments.
- Expertise in enterprise SaaS ecosystems (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Jira).
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including Security, Procurement, and Finance.
- Curiosity in using AI responsibly to enhance operational efficiency.
