Role Overview

As a Senior Account Executive at Vanta, you will:

  • Own the entire sales cycle
  • Develop outbound strategies for high-potential verticals
  • Turn inbound demand into closed business
  • Manage and mature our sales pipeline and process
  • Customize and relay Vanta's benefits through demos and tailored sales materials

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business verticals
  • Self-source pipeline through hunting and cold calling SMB/Mid-Market prospects
  • Understand and leverage Vanta’s software for technical customer discussions
  • Collaborate with product teams by sharing prospect insights

Success Factors

To excel in this role, you should have 4+ years of full-cycle closing with quota-carrying experience, a proven record in B2B SaaS sales, strong empathy for customer needs, and the ability to use AI to amplify your sales skills.
