Role Overview - Post-Sales GRC SME
As a customer-facing expert on Vanta’s Trust Management Platform, you will partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to guide and implement security and GRC frameworks for our sophisticated clients.
- Represent Vanta’s security solutions to prospects and customers.
- Facilitate onboarding and guide implementation for existing GRC programs.
- Advise on compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and more.
- Collaborate with product teams to improve and drive new features.
- Engage with executives to build productive customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
You will use your in-depth security and GRC expertise to:
- Engage with key decision makers at customer organizations.
- Translate complex compliance requirements into actionable guidance.
- Perform control mapping exercises and advise on policy creation.
- Support continuous improvement of our Trust Management Platform.
- Answer questions from both internal and external stakeholders.
