Role Overview

As the Manager, Sales Development at Vanta, you will lead and support a team of Sales Development Representatives across VMB, SMB, and Enterprise segments of our NAMER business during a period of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of SDRs
  • Evolve prospecting playbooks with new initiatives and strategies
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training for new SDRs
  • Establish strategic training, forecast meetings, and mentoring sessions
  • Foster an inclusive sales organization and culture at Vanta
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and partner with sales leadership

Success Factors

  • Located in San Francisco, CA with ability to commute in a hybrid setting
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in leadership
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales and prospecting across multiple segments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude to understand Vanta’s software
