About the Role

As a GRC AI Subject Matter Expert, you will ensure that our AI features are accurate, auditable, and aligned with real-world compliance standards. You will bridge deep GRC knowledge with hands-on AI evaluation, ensuring every model output is trustworthy, explainable, and customer-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and test prompts with engineering and PM teams.
- Own and maintain datasets and rating guides.
- Evaluate model quality and define launch-readiness criteria.
- Ensure responsible AI usage by reducing hallucinations and boosting explainability.
- Document guidelines and train team members on AI evaluation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
What You Need
5-7+ years GRC or InfoSec experience with frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or NIST; 1-3 years experience in applying that expertise in AI-assisted workflows. Strong skills in evidence evaluation, compliance workflows and clear instruction writing are essential.
