About the Role
At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. As a Fullstack Software Engineer Cloud Code and Security, you will set technical direction for product and infrastructure scaling, drive complex projects across the technical stack, and mentor our engineering team.
Team and Projects
You will join the nascent Cloud, Code, and Security (CCS) team within our Automation Organization. This team focuses on building customer-facing products, backend systems, and integrations that enable companies to manage their compliance and security processes.
- Work closely with product and design teams
- Develop new product functionality using modern frameworks
- Set critical technical direction for scaling
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver projects with multiple stakeholders
- Design, develop, and own product features
- Mentor team members and contribute to engineering culture
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain high customer experience
What You Bring
You should have experience in launching greenfield projects, working on nascent teams to define culture and norms, and a readiness to embrace AI tools responsibly to amplify productivity.
