How to Succeed
You should have 3+ years in engineering leadership managing teams of 6-8+ engineers, with a proven track record in technical strategy and process improvement. Experience in guiding senior individual contributors and driving company-wide initiatives is essential. An openness to leveraging AI effectively is a plus.
