About the Role

The Director, People Enablement at Vanta is responsible for owning and executing the end-to-end People Enablement strategy. You will design, scale, and manage programs including onboarding, manager development, leadership development, and learning tools while measuring impact and iterating with feedback and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full People Enablement strategy from vision to execution.
  • Lead and refine company-wide onboarding programs.
  • Develop strong programs for manager and leadership growth.
  • Select and manage learning platforms for scalable, self-service training.
  • Track program effectiveness and iterate based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with People Partners and Talent/Performance leads.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing enablement team.

What You Need

  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or People Enablement.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven record of designing and scaling enablement programs in high-growth settings.
  • Strong business acumen linking people development with company performance.
  • Expertise in leveraging learning platforms for engaging experiences.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
