Overview
At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust by automating security monitoring and compliance. As the Customer Success Manager Growth, you will guide customers on their security and compliance journeys using Vanta's specialized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 and 1:many with customers across industries.
- Empower customers to achieve long-term success and retention.
- Monitor and prioritize a book of business via the Catalyst CS platform.
- Serve as the primary contact and drive customers toward specific business outcomes.
- Become a product expert on Vanta’s compliance and security solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Managers, Support, and Finance.
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to achieve compliance goals.
Success Criteria
To excel in this role, you need 2+ years of customer success experience in SaaS, the ability to manage a large book of business, strong communication, and a bias for action. Experience in security or compliance is preferred.
