About the Role
The Campaign Operations Manager at Vanta is the bridge between marketing strategy and flawless execution. In this role, you will own the technical setup, execution, QA, and performance tracking of email, webinar, and multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will also play a key role in improving marketing automation workflows and campaign processes to ensure scalability and agility.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch campaigns using Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Manage campaign operations end-to-end from intake to setup, QA, scheduling, and reporting.
- Create internal playbooks, checklists, and intake processes for global scaling.
- Own QA processes to ensure error-free campaign launch.
- Partner with marketing, demand gen, content, and sales teams for seamless execution.
- Maintain operational infrastructure including templates, naming conventions, and documentation.
What You Need to Succeed
You must be fluent in Hubspot/Marketo with the ability to build campaigns, forms, and landing pages. Proficiency in creating workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle stage management is essential, along with a strong understanding of syncing with Salesforce. Being organized and communicating clearly with cross-functional teams will keep your projects on track.
