Marketing Manager
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of a high‑visibility initiative focused on helping financial professionals address portfolio and practice‑level challenges. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to shape marketing and content strategies that drive measurable impact, strengthen operating models, and elevate how solutions are delivered to advisors.
As a strategic marketing partner, you will help translate business objectives into compelling value propositions, coordinated campaigns, and actionable go‑to‑market plans. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, lead execution, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own a defined content strategy that guides go‑to‑market decisions and prioritization.
- Support the creation and refinement of value propositions and positioning for targeted advisor audiences.
- Independently initiate and/or lead marketing programs and initiatives from concept through execution.
- Translate business objectives into clear marketing goals, strategies, and tactics, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and target markets.
- Provide guidance and consultation on marketing best practices, drawing on prior experience to address common challenges and obstacles.
- Ensure marketing plans are informed by competitive insights and aligned with regulatory considerations.
- Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to cross‑functional partners, ensuring solutions are aligned to business needs and stakeholder expectations.
- Proactively communicate status, risks, and key issues related to marketing activities to stakeholders, including business leaders and senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams, influencing decisions and fostering collaboration.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks related to marketing initiatives, recommending solutions and securing stakeholder buy‑in as needed.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of related professional experience, including at least two years in a marketing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) required. Graduate degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities in a complex, cross‑functional environment.
