Gen AI and Agentic AI Architect

Responsibilities

As a Gen AI and Agentic AI Architect at Vanguard, you will be instrumental in bridging business needs with advanced AI/Machine Learning solutions. Your role involves collaborating with internal and external clients and partners to assess requirements and design robust architectural frameworks.

• Assess business requirements and the architectural framework of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning solutions to meet business needs, with internal and external clients and partners.
• Build the deployment plan for highly scalable and secure Artificial Intelligence platforms, applications, and systems that run in various cloud infrastructures and Artificial Intelligence devices successfully.
• Apply architecture specifications and document technical and configuration for all users (customers, engineering teams, product teams); resolve Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning solution deployment issues.
• Build relationships with trusted advisory stakeholder relationships, and act as a Subject Matter Expert for Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning related products and services in specific verticals; staying current on the latest Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning technologies and tools.
• Apply moderately complex machine learning algorithms and technologies into organizational practices, such as regression models.
• Analyze the statistical analyses on business and processes using machine learning techniques to find out opportunities for business development and process improvement.
• Perform A/B testing tasks and initiatives on statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and systems.
• Optimize statistical models continuously to achieve best performance of machine learning algorithms.
• Validate business problems and needs; ensure appropriate AI technologies and tools are utilized to solve problems.
• Pilot AI models and prototype applications; evaluate whether business challenges are addressed.
• Perform code reviews, optimize algorithms and models and conduct experiments to ensure the functionality and performance of AI products or solutions.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in technology architecture and a deep understanding of AI/ML model development and deployment, particularly within GenAI.

• Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years of technology architect experience.
• AI ML Model development and production deployment.
• GenAI Architecture and Engineering, Application deployment.
• AWS, MLOps, Gen AI Ops, LLMOps.
• System Architecture, specializing in Scalable, High-performing, and Cost-effective AI Systems.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
