We're seeking a highly polished Program Analyst with extensive experience in federal grant monitoring and programmatic compliance for LIHEAP and CSBG grants. The successful candidate will analyze grantee performance, identify compliance issues, and contribute to robust oversight solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct reviews of grantee reports including compliance findings and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients on monitoring, technical assistance, and administrative support activities.
• Implement quality control systems to ensure high-level client deliverables.
• Utilize the TeamMate+ monitoring platform for reviews and documentation.
• Evaluate program efficiency and compliance with federal grant requirements.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports featuring data analysis and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all reviews.

Requirements:

• A degree in a social science field (e.g., psychology, sociology, economics).
• Demonstrated experience in programmatic analysis and federal grant monitoring.
• Minimum three years of experience in program management or analysis.
• At least four years overseeing or monitoring LIHEAP or CSBG grants.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to align field conditions with federal guidelines.
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills.
• Collaborative work style in a remote or virtual team environment.
• Experience using the TeamMate+ monitoring platform is a plus.

Location: Prefer candidates from the Washington, D.C. area.
