About The Role
This is a 12-month contract role with a hybrid work arrangement, primarily based at the Vancity head office and the candidate's Lower Mainland home office, requiring office presence at least once a week.
As a Product Manager, Visa, you will:
- Establish a comprehensive catalogue of solutions balancing member desirability and financial ROI.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned product portfolios including planning, design, launch, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with IT Solutions to prioritize roadmaps and ensure alignment with member and employee needs.
- Work with Marketing, Communications, and Change Management teams to launch and promote products effectively.
- Develop deep expertise in assigned portfolios while maintaining the flexibility to support additional areas.
You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of product management experience in banking/financial institutions, ideally in payments.
- Solid knowledge of business, financial concepts, regulatory requirements, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, with familiarity in Azure DevOps considered a plus.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
