Your Role as a Boutique Assistant at Van Cleef & Arpels

What You'll Be Doing
As a Boutique Assistant, you will support our Sales Associates, acting as an Ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels' identity and expertise by delivering an exceptional client experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming all visitors, easing waiting times, and enhancing the overall boutique experience.
- Contributing to business success by assisting sales associates during client presentations.
- Supporting daily boutique activities, such as preparing the workspace, assisting with product preparation, and facilitating payment procedures.
- Offering outstanding customer service by performing allowed in-boutique activities like engraving and shining.
- Actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life to foster a positive team spirit.
