Role Description
The IT Infrastructure & Operations Administrator ensures stable, secure, and compliant IT operations in a regulated fintech environment.
- Primary internal contact for IT infrastructure and operations.
- Manage daily IT environment including Service Desk, asset management, and access governance.
- Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and workstation setups.
- Monitor local network, servers, and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Maintain business application availability and coordinate incident resolution with vendors.
- Monitor infrastructure alerts ensuring SLA adherence.
- Participate in IT infrastructure and security enhancement projects.
Requirements include 2+ years in IT infrastructure, system administration or service desk management with hands-on experience in Windows Server, O365, SharePoint, and Azure AD/Entra ID. Basic MS SQL and IT security knowledge is essential, as is the ability to multi-task and strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
