The role
This senior technology leadership position is responsible for overseeing vendor relationships, supporting business development, maintaining practice excellence and ensuring the delivery of complex projects. You will drive technical innovation, shape solution strategies and align Valtech’s capabilities with evolving vendor platforms.
Role Responsibilities
- Vendor Technical Relationship Management: Manage key vendor partnerships, strategic alignment, technical escalation, and innovation initiatives.
- Sales Support and Solution Engineering: Collaborate with sales teams, design technical solutions, contribute to proposals.
- Practice Development and Quality Assurance: Define practice standards, delivery methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project Governance: Provide technical oversight, manage risks and ensure architectural integrity.
- Vendor Alignment and Innovation: Maintain expertise in vendor platforms, align internal capabilities, and act as a thought leader.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor technical teams to foster innovation and excellence.
Must Have Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline (Master’s is an asset).
- Minimum 10 years in technology consulting, architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Certifications in key vendor technologies (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert).
- Strong background in solution architecture, cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, and modern development methodologies.
- Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce.
Nice To Have Qualifications
- Expertise in scalable, secure, high-performance system design.
- Experience in data modeling, statistical analysis and optimization algorithms.
- Background in Agile, DevOps, and product-centric delivery models.
- Pre-sales support and proposal development experience.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
The Benefits
This full time position, based in the United States, offers a competitive salary range of $200,000-$240,000 annually and includes remote and hybrid work options along with career advancement, professional development programs, and comprehensive medical benefits.
