The Role

As a Technical Product Owner, you are passionate about experience innovation and constantly strive to push the boundaries of what's possible. You have at least 6 years of experience, including 4 years in similar contexts (digital agency, international accounts, digital platform, offshore), and bring a spirit of personal development and a desire for lasting impact.

Responsibilities

You play a vital role within the agency. Your primary mission is to demonstrate listening and rigor in your approach to developing next-generation websites, applications, and campaigns, all within an agile Scrum/DevOps environment in close collaboration with our international and multidisciplinary teams.

You will also be responsible for:

• Assisting the PO in facilitating business needs definition workshops.
• Challenging requirements, respecting the existing CMS or platform, and proposing alternative solutions to maximize value creation.
• Utilizing your team spirit to collaborate with all project stakeholders: business teams, clients, project managers, development teams, testers, technical and/or content and/or creative external partners, depending on the ecosystem.
• Gathering and analyzing business needs and contributing to the backlog, in conjunction with the Business Analyst.
• Monitoring/coordinating developments and participating in/facilitating agile ceremonies in close relation with the Scrum Master.
• Monitoring deployments in various environments (testing, pre-production, production) to measure progress and results against defined objectives.
• Analyzing and resolving reported issues in coordination with support and technical teams.
• Participating in steering committees with stakeholders.
• Reporting on your activities to teams and the client.

Required Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

• An engineering degree or equivalent.
• The ability to express/formalize a business need into functional requirements and ideally technical requirements.
• The capacity to take on/lead technical topics, in collaboration with other expert profiles (technical, marketing, communication, business) and partners.
• Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills in French and English (C1 level required).
• An aptitude for the technical integration aspect of solutions (API integration, data transformation & cleansing) without necessarily being an expert.
• E-commerce experience, particularly an understanding of the functional/business logic of the e-commerce value chain and product lifecycle:
• In the upstream stages of creation and enrichment of product information: PLM, MDM, PIM (Akeneo, Salsify, etc.), DAM (Adobe, Aprimo, Bynder, Keepeek,..).
• In the downstream stages of information distribution: component-oriented CMS (Adobe AEM, Sitecore, etc.), e-commerce platforms (SFCC, commercetools, etc.), marketplaces, distribution channels, merchandising, promotions, etc.
• The drive to be a proactive force, proposing solutions and navigating constraints (organizational and technical) to support our major clients in their digital objectives.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Invision, Miro (or their equivalents).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in a data migration or data transformation project (using ETL tools).
• A desire to constantly seek new ways to learn, progress, and adapt when necessary.
• A team-oriented mindset.
