We're looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to be the sole technical owner of our AI-powered web applications. You'll work directly with the founder — no layers of management, no bureaucracy. You own everything: frontend, backend, AI integrations, and deployment. This is ideal for someone who's been working at a services company or agency and wants to step into a high-autonomy role where they own the product end-to-end.What You'll Own:
- Maintain and improve our existing full-stack application (React + Vite + TailwindCSS, Node.js + Express backend, Supabase for database/auth)
- Integrate and manage AI models via APIs (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Claude) including speech-to-text processing for call analysis
- Build new AI-powered tools, dashboards, and automation workflows from scratch
- Manage all DevOps: GitHub, CI/CD, Railway hosting, database administration
- Create automations using Zapier and agentic AI tools
- Translate business ideas into working products — the founder is non-technical, so clear communication is key
Required:
- 5+ years hands-on full-stack development (React, Node.js, Express)
- Production experience with Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth)
- Proven experience integrating LLMs/AI APIs into shipped products
- DevOps: Git, Railway/Vercel deployments, CI/CD
- Third-party API integrations (Google Ads API, OAuth, analytics platforms)
- Self-directed — comfortable being the only developer
- Excellent English communication
