The Product team is focused on building a next-generation platform that delivers an exceptional experience for homeowners while enabling operational excellence for servicing teams. This role works at the intersection of regulation, finance, and technology, balancing compliance with simplicity.
About the Role - Director, Product Management
Lead the execution of Valon’s enterprise SaaS default mortgage servicing software. Oversee a team of product managers and collaborate across engineering, design, operations, and compliance to deliver high-impact products. This role addresses severely delinquent mortgages and those affected by legal proceedings and sets the foundation for new product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the non-performing servicing product strategy.
- Grow and mentor a high-performing product management team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to launch impactful products at scale.
- Represent the homeowner’s voice in strategic planning.
Ideal Background
- 7+ years in product management with over 3 years leading teams.
- Experience delivering complex B2B/enterprise products in fintech, proptech, or platform-based businesses.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and team building skills.
- Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
