The Valeo site in Cergy (95), headquarters of the Valeo Power division, houses a Research & Development center as well as the HR Shared Services Center for France and Belgium.
We are looking for an HR Technology Specialist to provide support, optimization, and ensure the proper use of our HRIS Workday. This key position aims to enhance the quality of HR service, data consistency, and our digital transformation momentum.
Your Missions
Administration & Optimization of HR Tools (Workday)
- Be a proactive force in optimizing Workday's efficiency, user experience, and adoption.
- Deploy evolutions according to expressed needs and Group projects.
- Participate in automation and standardization projects for HR processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure interface quality, particularly with payroll (ADP Link Tools).
Data Consistency (Data Quality)
- Regularly verify the accuracy of data entered in the tool and produce reports as needed.
- Identify inconsistencies and produce discrepancy and anomaly reports.
- Propose correction solutions and implement corrections directly or coordinate their execution with local HR teams.
- Contribute to the training and awareness of HR teams on the importance of data quality.
Support and Training for HR Teams
- Handle Level 1 support and ticket resolution, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Design, update, and deliver training materials (guides, tutorials, FAQs).
- Train users according to their needs.
Regular travel throughout France is expected.
About You
With a higher education degree (Bac+5 level) in Human Resources, specializing in or with a strong aptitude for HR Information Systems, you have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with extensive expertise in Workday (operational, support, or user assistance).
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data processing tools, especially Google Sheets and/or Excel, and ideally Canva.
- Strong sensitivity to HR data, its quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Ability to document, structure, and transmit information clearly, including to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
