General Description
Valent U.S.A. is currently seeking a Digital Communications Strategist to join the Corporate Communications team. This role reports to the Sr. Digital and Brand Communications Manager and may be performed remotely within the United States. The position will support the Corporate Communications Team in managing and strengthening Valent’s corporate brand and digital presence across key channels, including the company website, social media platforms, and other brand touchpoints. This role will help ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistently represented across digital platforms and aligned with Valent’s broader corporate communications strategy. The ideal candidate will be a creative and innovative communicator who is comfortable working with both data and digital analytics. This position will compile and analyze digital platform performance data, identify emerging trends, and provide insights on the effectiveness of communication strategies and tactics. The candidate should have a strong foundation in communications and be familiar with digital tools used to monitor social media performance, measure website analytics, and manage website content. In addition to analytical responsibilities, the candidate must demonstrate strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop clear, compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for digital audiences.
The role requires a creative thinker who can contribute to the development of graphics, digital assets, and other visual content that supports Valent’s brand and communication initiatives. This position may also support broader corporate communications efforts, including the promotion of company initiatives, event and tradeshow communications, graphic design support, and other projects that strengthen Valent’s corporate brand and messaging. The Digital Communications Strategist will play an instrumental role in advancing Valent’s digital brand presence and supporting the consistent execution of Valent’s corporate brand across communications channels. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative and innovative Corporate Communications team and contribute to strengthening Valent’s corporate brand and digital presence.
Principal Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Sr. Digital and Brand Communications Manager to support brand growth through innovative and strategic communication approaches
- Analyze and report on digital platform performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness
- Compile and analyze digital audience engagement data and provide actionable recommendations
- Develop, write, edit, and distribute clear, compelling digital content that amplifies corporate messaging, company news, and thought leadership across multiple digital platforms.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into engaging content tailored for diverse digital audiences.
- Work with the Corporate Communications Team to update website, microsites, social media platforms, and other brand touchpoints to ensure content is revised frequently and consistently with the company’s business priorities
- Work with partners and stakeholders to support and analyze SEO for website, microsites, and various communication campaigns
- Monitor emerging digital and social media trends and provide recommendations to the Corporate Communications team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Agriculture, or related field, or equivalent years of experience
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in agriculture industry is a plus, but not required
- Occasional travel may be required for company meetings or events.

- Experience using tools and metrics to measure digital performance, ROI, and KPIs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Base Salary: The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from: $55,400 to $79,600. Individual pay is based upon location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
- Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible for an incentive program or profit-sharing program in addition to their base salary.
