About Vaaya
At Vaaya, we believe human intelligence is too valuable for repetitive work. We are building an AI-native product and need our internal operations to match that speed. We are looking for an Automation Engineer / GTM Engineer to bridge the gap between Product and Growth, building the autonomous "internal engine" that powers our sales motion.
This is a founding team role, ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience, including freshers with a strong "builder" portfolio who are eager to make a real impact beyond standard graduate roles.
What You'll Do (The Learning Curve)
- Build the "Internal Engine": Design and maintain resilient, multi-step workflows using n8n, serving as the backbone of our Go-To-Market strategy.
- Create AI Sales Agents: Work with founders to build autonomous agents for top-of-funnel tasks, including data integration (e.g., Clay), AI-driven lead scoring, and personalized outreach drafting.
- Master the APIs: Become the expert on tool integration, ensuring seamless data synchronization between our CRM (HubSpot) and data providers to prevent data leakage.
- Kill Manual Work: Proactively identify and automate bottlenecks in the founding team's sales process, eliminating manual tasks after their second occurrence.
Who You Are
- The Tinkerer's Mindset: Possess a proven history of building side projects, hackathon wins, or personal automations; share links to your creations.
- Automation Obsessed (n8n focus): Familiar with n8n, understanding webhooks, error handling, and data mapping. Experience with Clay or Make is a bonus.
- Unafraid of Code: Comfortable with light coding, willing to use tools like ChatGPT to assist with JavaScript for data formatting in "Code Nodes."
- Hungry to Learn: Eager to join a founding team, learn rapidly, absorb new tools quickly, and maintain high personal standards.
