Field Operations Coordinator/Field Support Representative (FSR)
V2X Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator, also known as a Field Support Representative (FSR), to support the Latvia Fires and Combined Arms Maneuver (CAM) program under the "WTRS" Program. This role is crucial for strengthening Latvian military skills, bolstering U.S. foreign relations, and advancing national security objectives.
Essential Position Functions
As the Site Lead FSR for the Latvia Program, you will be responsible for the operational integration of direct and indirect fires systems. This includes expertise with systems such as FGM-148 Javelin, TPQ-50 and TPQ-53 radars, Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), M109 Howitzers, and related simulators. You will support training across the DOTMLPF-P range, from tactical employment to operational planning, in collaboration with Latvian Armed Forces, including the Mechanized Brigade, National Guard (Zemessardze), JHQ, and MoD.
The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Combined Arms and Maneuver (CAM) planning and integration. You should have experience employing various fires systems with other elements of combat power, ensuring complementary and reinforcing effects against adversaries.
Required Skills
- Prior service as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army or equivalent, with expertise in Combat Arms MOS (Infantry, Armor, Artillery, Special Forces).
- Graduate of Career Level School or ANOCT.
- Ten years of Military Experience in Combined Arms and Maneuver.
- Service Level Fire Support Coordination Course completion.
- Knowledge and expertise with FGM 148 Javelin, Mortars, and Fire Direction Centers.
- Knowledge of Counter Battery Radar (TPQ-50 and TPQ-53 Radars).
- Knowledge of AFATDS.
- Knowledge of the M109 self-propelled howitzer.
- Knowledge of Planning, Employment, and Integration of direct and indirect fire systems.
- DOTMLPF-P analysis expertise.
- Tactical and Operational Planning experience.
- Knowledge of Battlespace Operating Systems (maneuver, fires, intelligence, logistics, information, force protection, command and control).
- Knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
- Serve as Fires FSR and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for training and support in classroom and field environments.
Desired Skills
- Previous service as a Senior NCO, CWO, or Field Grade Officer with 10+ years of Combat Arms Experience.
- Combat Deployments and experience are preferred.
- Knowledge of adult education / instructional methodology.

- Bachelor's degree; or 6 or more years of experience in lieu of a degree.
