UVV is seeking a skilled ManyChat Expert to join our team. We are looking for an individual who excels beyond basic flow building and understands how to leverage ManyChat to convert attention into leads and leads into revenue. This role offers a unique opportunity to own the entire backend of our lead generation systems, ensuring that every piece of content published effectively captures and converts leads.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Build high-converting DM funnels from Instagram and Facebook content.
• Create automation systems to capture emails and deliver lead magnets.
• Design multi-step conversations for lead qualification and progression to calls or offers.
• Set up advanced tagging and segmentation based on user behavior.
• Develop tracking systems to attribute lead sources accurately.
• Integrate ManyChat with CRM systems, including HubSpot and Google Sheets.
• Track full funnel performance from the initial message to booked calls and sales.
• Analyze drop-off points and implement continuous improvements for conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the content team to transform posts into lead generation assets.
• Build reusable systems deployable across multiple clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working on at least 3 Instagram accounts with 50k+ followers.
• Demonstrated experience in building complex DM funnels for lead generation.
• Experience integrating ManyChat with CRMs or external systems.
• Ability to build clean tracking and attribution systems.
• A strong analytical mindset and a passion for data.
• The capacity to think beyond simple automation and focus on conversion optimization.
