Overview

UTS College, a pathway into the University of Technology, Sydney, is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to join the Operations team. This role provides exceptional customer service to students and supports various administrative and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Student Centre is well-resourced and professional.
  • Refer to ESOS, National Code and UTS College policies to provide accurate guidance.
  • Maintain student records in a compliant and consistent manner.
  • Process student requests and perform administrative and operational tasks.
  • Analyze correspondence and initiate appropriate actions for student enquiries.
  • Process compliance activities relating to international student enrolment.
  • Contribute to a welcoming and supportive environment in the Student Centre.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational ability, proficiency with Microsoft Office and other digital tools, and a current NSW Working With Children Check. Proficiency in a second language is preferred.
