As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking an experienced Director of Growth | Web3 & Crypto to lead and scale our growth strategy across European markets, with a focus on Spain. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of growth initiatives in a high-impact role within a fast-growing, remote-first organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across Web3 and crypto products, including user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives (performance, content, partnerships, community, and social) tailored to the crypto-native audience.
• Identify and scale growth opportunities across DeFi, blockchain platforms, token ecosystems, and emerging Web3 trends.
• Build, manage, and optimize high-performing growth funnels, leveraging data analytics and experimentation frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align growth with product development and roadmap priorities.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships within the crypto ecosystem, including protocols, exchanges, and communities.
• Monitor key growth metrics, user behavior, and campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and continuous optimization.
• Stay ahead of global Web3 trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior growth leadership role within Web3, crypto, or blockchain-based companies.
• Strong understanding of digital asset ecosystems, including DeFi, tokenomics, NFTs, DAOs, and on-chain analytics.
• Demonstrated success in scaling user acquisition and engagement in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Deep expertise in growth marketing channels, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).

What We Offer

• Competitive annual salary: EUR 132,000–165,000.
