Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective business clients.
- Identify and cultivate leads using provided data and personal networking.
- Understand customer needs through active listening and targeted questioning.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with effective communication.
- Work towards and exceed established sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Deliver exemplary customer service from first contact to final sale.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in telesales with a proven track record in B2B cold calling.
- Ability to manage the full 360-degree sales process.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: £30,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission based bonus scheme (OTE £40K - £60K)
- 33 days holiday (inc. bank holidays), with buy/sell option
