Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective business clients.
  • Identify and cultivate leads using provided data and personal networking.
  • Understand customer needs through active listening and targeted questioning.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with effective communication.
  • Work towards and exceed established sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service from first contact to final sale.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience in telesales with a proven track record in B2B cold calling.
  • Ability to manage the full 360-degree sales process.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: £30,000 per annum
  • Uncapped commission based bonus scheme (OTE £40K - £60K)
  • 33 days holiday (inc. bank holidays), with buy/sell option
