Job Summary

This role is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of the leave of absence programs. The Manager leads the leave administration team, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily leave operations, including FMLA, parental, military, and personal leave.
  • Collaborate with HR Data Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Legal to resolve complex cases.
  • Drive process improvements and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and analyze leave trends.
  • Lead and manage the leave administration team, including hiring and training.

Required Experience and Education

Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field with at least 5 years of progressive supervisory experience in HR or leave administration. Additional related work experience may be considered in lieu.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PeopleSoft and UKG Dimensions or Kronos. Relevant leave certification (e.g., DMEC) is preferred.
