Job Summary

UT Southwestern is seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity Enterprise Architecture Analyst to join the Organization Change Management team. This role does not offer H1B visa sponsorship and requires residency in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. A hybrid work schedule is available.

Technology Assessment

  • Evaluate technologies and infrastructure to identify optimization opportunities.

Architecture and Framework Alignment

  • Facilitate discussions to compare current and future architecture states.
  • Ensure designs align with TOGAF and NIST frameworks.

Gap Analysis & Enhancements

  • Perform gap analyses, identify interdependencies, and recommend secure, scalable solutions.

Documentation & Strategic Alignment

  • Maintain clear technical documentation and align technology with business goals.

Experience and Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years of business systems or project experience with exposure to development, testing, installation, and training.

Job Duties

  • Manage projects and serve as primary customer contact.
  • Define and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Coordinate specifications for new and revised software applications.
  • Assist in testing, training, and documentation of application errors.
  • Supervise lower-level analysts when needed and track project cost recovery.
