Job Summary
This hybrid role splits time between the Dallas campus and remote work. The Financial Aid Advisor will guide over 2000 graduate/professional students across multiple schools, assisting them with financial aid processes including FAFSA, eligibility, loan terms, and compliance under Department of Education regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and families on financial aid options and application procedures.
- Guide students through the FAFSA process and required documentation.
- Manage communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial aid regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Support office operations including document management and scheduling.
