Job Description
Software Tester II - Software Testing
UST is seeking a skilled Software Tester II with 3-6 years of experience in Bangalore. This role focuses on test automation, requiring a strong understanding of Java basics for automation, ISTQB Foundation certification, and experience with QF-Test tool and Selenium framework. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and experience working with XML, HTML, CSS, and JSON are essential. Excellent English communication skills are needed for stakeholder management, along with the ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases, prepare test scripts, and create test data.
- Actively identify and report test scenarios, proactively analyze test outcomes, and report issues or risks.
- Participate in reviews of requirements, designs, and specifications to contribute to effective test planning.
- Identify and support the automation of repetitive tasks to enhance testing efficiency and consistency.
