Role Overview

The IT Program Manager is responsible for anticipating complex challenges, implementing expert project management controls, and providing strategic direction across diverse departments and regions. This role involves mentoring fellow project managers, mitigating risks, and delivering business value through innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Create and manage program plans with proven project controls.
  • Lead project teams and provide advanced risk mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate insight and solutions across multiple business units.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and strategic initiatives.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and possess relevant certifications like PMP or ITIL.
  • Have industry-specific training, preferably in Life Insurance or financial services.
