Job Description
Technologies: Okta, LDAP, Monitoring Tools (Datadog/Splunk or similar), Service now, JIRA/Confluence
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems across the organization.
- Support provisioning and deprovisioning of user access for systems, applications, and data.
- Help define user roles and manage permissions following company policies and compliance requirements.
- Monitor IAM systems for vulnerabilities, risks, and unusual activity.
- Assist in running access audits and generating IAM reports.
- Respond to access-related incidents and support resolution efforts.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure secure and appropriate access.
- Maintain IAM documentation and support user training on access policies and procedures.
- Support vulnerability assessments and basic penetration testing using tools like Burp Suite.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, FedRAM).
Skills/Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on experience of IAM concepts like SSO, RBAC, SAML, OAuth, and identity federation.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Okta (Required).
- Experience or coursework in DHCP and security frameworks (e.g., NIST).
- Basic networking knowledge (VPN, firewalls, DNS) and authentication protocols.
- Familiarity with system security principles and incident response processes.
- Experience with Burp Suite or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving technologies.

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent
