Who You Are

As the Client Partner, you will be a dynamic and results-driven professional overseeing a portfolio within UST’s Hi-Tech and Retail/CPG strategic verticals. This hybrid role combines critical elements of client relationship management, aggressive business development, and meticulous delivery oversight of complex IT projects. You are expected to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, consistently driving account growth while ensuring the successful execution of technology initiatives.

The Opportunity

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the account, including upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions.
  • Develop account growth strategies aligned with client priorities and UST’s capabilities.
  • Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and strategic planning efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and client needs to proactively recommend innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely resolution and escalation as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with client governance, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across delivery teams.
  • Bring new Automotive clients to the portfolio.

What You Need

  • At least 15 years of combined experience in business development and technical/delivery roles.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and business development for an IT Consulting/Services firm.
  • Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Ability to manage large-scale, complex engagements across multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving account growth and client satisfaction.
  • Experience with digital transformation and working with off-shore teams.

Bonus Points If

  • Master’s degree or MBA.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this US Remote Client Partner role ranges from $150,000 to $225,000, varying based on factors such as location, skill set, education, and experience. UST offers comprehensive benefits for full-time regular employees including paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, 401(k) with employer matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as company-paid life insurance and disability benefits. Optional benefits like HSA and FSA are also available.
