About the Role

User Research International is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to lead benchmarking and usability studies for advanced, cloud-based AI and developer tools. In this temporary position, you will design and conduct structured evaluations to assess usability, efficiency, and overall user experience, transforming technical feedback into clear, actionable insights.

This role requires deep knowledge of qualitative methods, benchmarking protocols, and comfort working in AI/ML and data-driven environments. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and developers, managing the full research process from study design to reporting with minimal oversight.
