About the Sales Manager Role

As a Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, drive sales growth, and build a customer-first culture in a fast-paced, high-reward retail environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Implementing effective sales strategies with strong follow-up.
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring retail sales consultants.
  • Establishing a high-performing, customer-centric team culture.
  • Driving team performance through clear expectations and accountability.
  • Overseeing daily store operations and compliance.
  • Building community relationships and promoting NGW’s products and services.

Pay & Benefits

The base salary ranges from $50,000 to $65,000+ annually, plus uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and additional perks such as free cellular service.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail sales leadership experience, preferably in wireless or technology.
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
  • Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and team accountability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
