The Position - Assistant Sales Leader
This position is designed for a proven sales individual seeking increased responsibility. Reporting directly to the Sales Leader, the Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for achieving monthly sales goals, assisting in store operations and motivating the team to meet individual and store targets.
Compensation & Benefits
Earn a base wage plus a competitive commission plan. Hourly rates range from $20.00 to $28.00 when meeting sales targets and may exceed $30.00 per hour for top performers. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off (up to 3 weeks in year 1), paid volunteer time, free cellular service and more.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 6 months' sales experience.
- Track record of achieving personal sales goals.
- Ability to work nights and weekends with a flexible schedule.
- Demonstrated teamwork, organizational management, and strong communication skills.
